today something scary happened 2 mi in e morning. recently, i hav been going jogging wif my bro in e morning, once every 2 days. n after coming hm frm e jogging, we wil use e dumbbell 2 train our arms. today we added 1 more, we cycled 4 5mins. after tt 5 mins, i felt a bit giddy...i knew its my blood circulation prob again and lack of oxygen in e brain. i rested 4 a while but later felt a urge 2 go 2 e toilet. And so, i went 2 e toilet. e following is wat happened 2 mi in e toilet...1) i sat on e toilet bowl trying 2 shit something out but couldn't n @ e same time i felt more n more giddy. thus, i decided 2 get out of e toilet 1st 2 take a rest.2) nxt, i tink i stood up but lose my conscious n fell into a pail of shorts in water. 4 a split second, i totally lose my conscious. e nxt thing i noe is im drowning in e pail of water...i tot i was dreaming, like drowning @ sentosa waiting 4 siti 2 save mi up. but then where am i? wat am i doing e second b4. i heard my mum shouting: 是不是晕倒了?! her shoutings called bac all my conscious...n i was totally wet as if i jus woke up frm a bad dream...but it was indeed bad. luckily i wasn't having a bath...cos i saw on newspaper tt a gal fainted while bathing n when she was found, her face was totally burned as it was intact wif e ground which was full of hot water spilling out frm e shower tap. haiz~~everywhere seems 2 be dangerous 4 mi...i reali hav no idea hoe nt 2 faint again... sometimes i feel tt im veri near 2 deathLabels: *_e weakest mi_*
